It really feels a lot like Sunday to me because I have been a complete bum.  I didn’t wake up till 10am and then took a nap at noon till 1pm. It was freaking awesome. I heart my naps. I had such a fun weekend!!! Now I have to try and get some things done around here because I actually have to head back into the real world tomorrow. Back to work! I’m actually feeling much better and the cough is finally dying down, thank god!

Saturday me and DH went to Outback for dinner. Then headed out with some friends for some dancing. Had a really fun time until some douchebag managed to spill his beer on me and DH. But it was still fun.

Sunday I spent the day just being lazy until DH was off. We went with some friends to a Turkish festival at the beach. Wasn’t a lot there but the food was delicious.  I also scored a huge bottle of olive oil for $10. Then we headed to a desi style Chinese restaurant where I proceeded to stuff my face some more. Then I came home and DH slept on the couch and I clipped coupons watching the Colts play a very bad game against the Patriots. But what a game!!!!!!!!!!! I still in amazement that they came through and won. Go Colts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So now I’m off to try and get my lazy bum into gear. I have some b-que chicken in the crock pot so at least I don’t have to worry about dinner!:)

I’m still sick. I had to call off all three days I was suppose to work. Monday there was no way I was making it. I felt horrible. Wed./Thurs. I had intentions of going in but staying up till 3am coughing buts a damper on that. I ended up going to the doctor on Thursday. I have a sinus infection and bronchitis. LOVELY! I’m sure they are not happy at work but all well…

It is gorgeous here today! I’ve had the windows open for two days!!! I’m going to take it slow today but I do have a long to-do list but I get done what I can.

We are going out tonight if I’m feeling better. It’s a birthday month thing. A lot of friends and DH’s birthdays are this week and next week so I will just have to suck it up and go!

I’m feeling better, still not 100% me but not as bad. I had a bad night last night. I was up most of the night coughing. I just woke up about 15 min. ago. I hardly ever sleep past 9!

An easy simple day. I’m also going to be bad, dinner is hamburger helper. Hey, don’t expect much when I’m sick!:)

I’m tired of being sick. Seriously. This is getting crazy. I’m pretty sure I just hacked up a lung. I was suppose to work today but decided that my patients wouldn’t like me hacking my lungs onto them and I need have a fever so I called around midnight to let them know I wasn’t coming in.

I haven’t gotten anything on my to-do list done because sleep has taken a priority. I have slept a lot this weekend. I’m going to try and clean up this apartment because it looks bad but I’m not resuming my routines or to-do list until Friday.

We are having some really nice weather right now.  We are having some nice wind from Ida. I hope it stays nice, I’m tired of 90 degree weather. It’s not so bad for a couple of months but it sucks when it wears out it’s welcome.

Go Colts! I missed the game because I forgot they were playing. I can’ t believe that I forgot! I can’t believe that they are 8-0!!! Lets hope they keep this winning streak against the patriots!

I have the weekend off! W00-hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m pretty happy with the progress that I have been making with my routines. I really slacked yesterday but I was and still am sick. Like gross sick. And of course it sucked major ass at work but when doesn’t it. And I would just love to point out that if doctors would do there job I would not have to call said doctor and other doctors a million time if you would just do the one damn thing you are suppose to do, thankyouverymuch.

I made my first CVS trip on Tuesday. I read about all these great deals people were getting with their cards and the extra care bucks so I thought I would give it a try. Now, I’m not buying things I don’t need to get the extra bucks because that seems crazy to me. And how is that saving money?

I didn’t do to bad, $4.00 ECB’s earned. Hey that’s $4.00 off next time! Plus I have a coupon for $5.oo of  a 30.00 total.

I am over this place. I loved this place when I first moved in. It wasn’t the greatest but it was nice and the people in the office are really nice. They still are nice but I HATE this place now.

I bounced a check in July. I paid with a money order after some drama of them saying they were going to evict us. Hello, one bounced check and you are threatening to evict me? I didn’t realize right away that the checked had bounced because of work, we are talking three days. Yeah.  I dropped of my check yesterday, mind you I have been paying with checks since JULY, without a problem. Today I get a letter saying that I can no longer pay in checks. WTF? I go in and talk to her and she said that I got a letter back in July saying that I could no longer pay with checks. No I did not. Well, she pulled out the letter and no where did it say that I couldn’t pay with checks and I have never received a letter stating otherwise. It just really pissed me off especially since I have never bounced a check but my account is now marked and I have been here for 5 years! And they aren’t the most stellar place either.

1. I have black shit coming out of my vents and they say it’s because I have the a/c on when I have the doors open? Really, because if I have my windows open it’s because I don’t have my a/c on and it’s not humid outside. duh. And I pretty sure that it’s mold.
2. I have water damage and screen damage from Wilma that they still haven’t fixed. Wilma was back in 2005.
3. I have a broken screen in my bedroom from last year and it took them three months to do something about the palm that damaged the screen and would wake me up at all hours of the night with the banging.
4. It took them 3 years to get me a new washing machine. It was leaking oil since I moved in and they wouldn’t replace it until it broke.
5. They have never cleaned the carpet or painted as they promised they would every time I renew my lease.
6. The place is literally falling apart. Everyday it’s something new.
7. I won’t even tell you about the crap that was wrong with the place when I moved in that they have never fixed.
8. I can’t wait to move…

Sorry I had to vent….

Halfway through the week! I wasn’t very productive yesterday. I felt like crap. I spent most of my day in front of the computer. I’m feeling worse today but I have too many things to do.

On my list.

• Run. I really need to start working out. I have been lazy and my waistline feels it. I’m going for a run this morning, hopefully it doesn’t kill me.
• I need to make a craft project list. There are many things I want to do and I need to make a list so I can get an idea of what I need to have to actually complete them!
• Clean: bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. Sweep outside front door and patio.
• Laundry: uniforms, towels, lights and whites
• Spend an hour or maybe two working on computer room.
• Load car up of donations so I can drop them off tomorrow.
• Brush kitties
• Make a detailed bathroom cleaning list
• Gather cards for this month and address them
• Print off November prayer schedule

• I’m feeling like crap’ola again! I have had way to many colds and respiratory issues the last year. I’m over it. I use to never have these problems. WTH? I can barely talk because my throat feels like sandpaper.
• I had to take care of a doctor yesterday. Not such a big deal because I have before but this one was one of ours, as in we see him a lot. A little nerve wracking for me. I hope he didn’t think I was too much of an idiot.
• I have been trying to save and I have started clipping coupons today. I saved $10.00 today!:) I only use things that I would normally buy  so I usually don’t have a lot but I lucked out today. I also earned $4 in extra bucks at CVS. Not a lot but hey it will get me something free!:)
• The ladies at CVS and Target were complete bitches.
• I have a million things on my to-do list so I guess I should get to them….

• I will be sitting at home relaxing because I’m working tomorrow. I really wanted to go to a party but I also have to work the next two days and I will be hating life if I go.
• Work was not bad for a Friday! I actually made it out on time!
• I got a lot done today. Made it to the bank and grocery store, a load of laundry was done, bills were paid, fruit cut up and ready to eat, cleaned out one box of decorations.
• Cleaning out bins of decorations is a goal I’m working on. I have way to much crap and I don’t decorate for the holidays anymore. A little here and there but nothing major. I’m donating a lot!
• I’m on the lookout for some really cute star ornaments. I want to pick some up to have for Ramadan next year.
• I can’t wait, I have three days of in a row this week!
• I’m on the hunt for a dresser that I can make over. I really want one to put in my dining room. I was pricing buffets and yeah, I don’t think so….
• I’m super excited about the extra hour of sleep I will be getting. I love to sleep. I think it’s because of the whole insomnia thing, when you can’t do it easy it becomes precious.
• Ok, cool weather were are you? Hello, it’s going to be November tomorrow, shouldn’t you make an appearance now? My a/c and bank account would much appreciate it, Thank you!

I loved hearing my DH tell me “Wow, the house looks nice”.  It’s far from perfect and it’s still cluttered (wish I really hate) but at least someone’s happy!:)

I stuck to my routine last night and when I woke up there really wasn’t much to do so I could actually focus on my priority to-do list and just RELAX and spend time with DH before he went to work.  So much easier to do things than just let them pile up, I’ve been way too lazy lately.

I’m slowly conquering my monster of laundry. I washed two loads yesterday and I’m on my third and final load of darks!  I’m going to put in a load before work and hopefully DH will remember to take over from there. I have a huge pile of jeans that need to be done.

So I’m spending the rest of the day working on my to-do list…

1. Clean one bathroom
2. Make out my dinner menu for the week
3. Make out my weekly to-do list
4. Work on my November Budget
5. Make a list of birthday cards that need to be sent out for November
6. Make a list of things I need to buy to update my wardrobe ( a very small list)
7. Work on a frame that I want to turn into a chalk board for my kitchen

I fell in love and I fell hard for this bag. It’s way, way out of my price range but I’m thinking every girl should have at least one since they are a very nice staple to a wardrobe and they do last for ever it seems….

I so am putting a wee bit aside each month for this bag. I have two girlfriends with ones similar and the are gorgeous but the black and white just didn’t do it for me but Red, oh my!!! One did save a little each month so if she can so can I!
