Finally Back
Well, it has been forever since I have posted or even read a blog. I haven’t read anyone’s blog in months!!! I need to work on that. I have been so busy! I thought things would ease up once I was out of school but it seems that I have just gotten busier. What the heck is up with that?
So life’s been good for the most part. I have to get my bum into gear and start studying more for my NCLEX. I still haven’t gotten a date for my exam. There are a handful of us that are waiting in limbo. I begin the job search Monday. I needed some time off to just relax and not think about anything. Of course it is hurting my bank account but all well.
One thing that has been keeping me busy was my sick kitty. It was terrible!!!! He just stopped eating one night and then proceded to vomit for a week. I had to go to two vets before finding out was wrong with him and spending $1200. $400 I should get back because the first vet didn’t do crap. Grrrr. But Masha’allah he is somewhat his old self. Turns out he might have IBS and he has hyperthyroidism. So he has to take a pill everyday like his mama.:) I’m saving up for the iodine treatment because from what I read that seems to be the best option in treatment. I did find a great vet though.I was so distraught because I thought I was going to lose my kitty. I have had him for almost 12 years and I love this cat way to much. I was a wreck!
Goals for today:
1. Answer 100 NCLEX questions
2. Clean my patio off
3. Scrapbook
4. RELAX and read. That has been one great thing. I can read for fun once again!!!:)
