Very Strange Week
Well, have lots to say, lots to do but I have no time! I have my last preceptor day tomorrow and my last class Tuesday!!! Have lots to tell about that!
But the big news is I may be pregnant. The bad news I might be miscarrying. I’m trying not to get my hopes up and get to excited but whatever happens, happens. Will write more tomorrow.
15 days!!!!!!!!!!!
That is how long I have until I am done!!!! I can’t believe that in just two weeks I will be done with school. We spent the last two days in NCLEX review. I think my head is ready to explode. I have two more classes left. We meet once a week and they go over things like job interviews, delegation and things like that. Then I have 4 days this week at the hospital and then I’m done!
I’m really enjoying my preceptorship. My preceptor is really great and I have learned so much so far. I’m loving ICU but I’m not sure if I want to go into ICU right after school. I’m so confused on what I want to do and I still haven’t figured out what hospital I want to work at. I have three that I’m going to go check out including the one I’m precepting at.
Cali was ok. Not really that great. I was a little disappointed in the lack of information compared to last years convention. Also, the group was so immature this year. I wanted to strangle half of them.
I’m sick today which totally bites. But I’m starting to feel better. I have picked up some stomach virus and hope that I feel better because I’m suppose to be at the hospital tonight. My goal for today is to clean my apartment, catch up on my preceptor paperwork and hopefully catch up on my e-mail and blogs. I haven’t read anyone’s blog in about a 2 months and I have about 60o emails to go through. OUCH!!!!!!!1
Going back to Cali….
I have been so busy!!!! I LOVE where I am precepting. My preceptor is awesome and I love ICU!!!!!!!! Hope everyone is well and can’t wait to catch up on everyone’s blogs. I’m going to California for a student nursing convention tomorrow and will be gone for a week! Ciao!
